• Monthly bills are generated and either emailed or mailed to members. Members have a number of payment options: pay with a check, use the on line bill pay or have the monthly amount automatically deducted from their account.
• Members have the ability to logon and view their invoices and accounts receivable statement.
• In conjunction with the billing system we perform past due calculations, generate late payment fines, have a bounced check process, billing adjustment process, bad debt writeff process and the ability to perform prorated billing and include invoice comments on the invoices.

• We process all cash receipts and disbursements. We also prepare a cash budget report to track variances, perform the monthly bank reconciliation, print checks, handle contractual payments that are repetitive, process void checks and enter manual checks into the system.

• Fixed assets - We have a comprehensive system which tracks assets and performs all monthly depreciation calculations.
• Payroll - At the association level employees enter hours using the online payroll interface. Board members approve the hours and we then print and mail the checks. This system is only used for seasonal payroll processing. For full year payrolls we provide interfaces into all major payroll systems.
• Journal Entries - All journals are automatically generated with each application.
• General Ledger - We perform all month end and year end closing procedures for all associations.
• Financial Statements - We generate all financial statements which are then available online. Financial statements can be run for any association at any time for any period.
• Annual Financial Budget - We prepare the associations annual budget based on prior year financial statements and next years forecast.

• Member Online Access - Each member is assigned a secure logon. When members logon to the system they can access important information related to their association such as by laws and meeting minutes. They can also access the IA21 Manager communication module which includes a community forum, online member directory, online voting process, vendor rating process, access their personal accounts receivable statement, view the community calendar, enter service requests and review board/community announcements.
• Board Member Online Functions - When board members logon to the system they have the ability to add and inactivate members, enter member fines, send community announcements, view association level financial reports, enter special assessments, approve payrolls, setup ballots for on line voting, setup vendor ratings and reviews, tabulate voting results.
